Richard Courts is a Principal at Atlantic Realty Company, a 75 year-old private commercial real estate firm.
Richard offers his clients a sophisticated approach to implementing a full range of commercial real estate solutions. He uses his extensive market knowledge to develop and implement comprehensive real estate occupancy cost reduction strategies for his clients. These projects range from the acquisition or disposition of real estate holdings for corporate clients and Fortune 500 companies to multi-market relocations and lease renewals.
Prior to Atlantic, Richard was a central member of the Carter Brokerage Services division for more than 20 years. Throughout his career, Richard has gained the trust of his clients, resulting in a long-term relationships approach.
Richard serves on the boards of the UGA Foundation, the East Lake Foundation, The Schenck School, the Blanche Lipscomb Foundation, the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation, the Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta, and The Dean’s Advisory Council at UGA Terry College of Business.
Richard received a BBA in Finance from Terry College of Business, University of Georgia.
